What surfaces can the anti-slip treatment be applied to?
Basically any stone material surface. The surface must be porous (ie. ceramic tile, quarry tile, terrazzo, porcelain, concrete, brick and pavers)The anti-slip treatment is applied to slippery surfaces to microscopically change the tread pattern, therefore providing more grip making the slippery surface safer wet than dry.

Any slippery surface that is non-porous (ie. plastic, vinyl tiling, linoleum or fibreglass).
How long does the anti-slip treatment last?
The anti-slip treatment will last a lifetime with good care. We recommend that normal regular cleaning procedures are followed.
Over time, high pedestrian traffic can cause microscopic grit to become embedded in the pores reducing the effectiveness of the non-slip treatment. Cleaning systems and patterns of wear may also affect the slip resistance properties of the floor.
Best Non-Slip Solution offer a full maintenance program that can be implemented to your requirements, being monthly, quarterly, or annually. We will remove any build-up of grime that may cause the floor to become slippery again with our Super Heated Dry Steam.
How long before we can walk on the new anti-slip treated floor?
Immediately after the anti-slip treatment has been finished, so there is minimal disruption to staff and customers.
What about slippery painted concrete surfaces?
No two floor surfaces are the same. The paint must be completely removed from the slippery surface before the anti-slip treatment can be applied. Best Non-Slip Solutions test the floor surface and assess the results. After the paint has been removed, the non slip treatment may not then need to be applied as the surface underneath may not be slippery.
